From its conception, TA Drilling’s philosophy has been to supply their customers the best equipment, tooling and consumables available. This started with the American augers range of directional drills and auger boring equipment, quickly following with the Melfred Borzall range of tooling and general drilling supplies. In 2002 TA Drilling became the Sole Authorized dealer for Astec Underground Equipment in the UK bringing with it the entire line of Case utility Trenchers and Trencor Trenchers and more recently, with the Roadtec range of Shuttle buggies, paving and planning equipment being constantly added into this Range. TA Drilling has continued in their efforts to offer their customers a ‘one stop shop’ whether this is in the Trenchless, Trenching, Road construction or Piling market.

We carry extensive stocks of Melfred Borzal Tooling, Baroid drilling fluids, Digitrak Location equipment,drill rods and Jet Lube lubricants at our head office all available on a next day delivery service.

Our Training and service depot in Derbyshire is fully equipped to deal with all servicing aspects with full engineering faculties including heavy/light steel fabrication, shot blasting and painting for refurbishing Drilling Rigs, reconditioning Cutting reamers or for producing prototype/one off components as required by our customers. We can also provide training for the safe operation of Drilling Rigs and Digitrak locating equipment at our service centre or on-site if our customers require, as well as providing free technical advice on selecting the correct Drilling fluids and tooling for your job.

In March 2007 TA Drilling acquired Essig Products Ltd, incorporating the Essig Pneumatic mole. TA Drilling have now set up a specialist Mole Service centre in Barnsley south Yorkshire and are fully equipped to undertake repairs and servicing to any type of pneumatic Impact Mole.
